Italian course offered by Fondazione Italia

For students interested in the AP Italian exam there is a course offered by Fondazione Italia under the auspices of the Consulate General of Italy.
This is a high intermediate to pre-advanced level course that is conducted entirely in Italian and geared towards motivated high school students who are planning to take the AP® Italian Language and Culture exam in May 2016. It is a hybrid/blended course that meets in a virtual classroom for two hours a week for 15 weeks. Additionally, students will be expected to devote an additional 3-5 hours a week to complete assignments from the book Ace the AP® Italian Exam. Students will learn to master authentic material, explore the six themes required by the College Board, become familiar with the exam structure, and take practice tests. The instructor will assign and review homework, give direction and suggestions, and provide explanations and ongoing support to the students. It will start on January 23 to May 7, 2016 (15 Saturdays) at 2:00 – 4:00 pm with a cost of $380.
