Domenica 5 gennaio si è svolta a Seattle la divertente seconda edizione della Tombolata della Befana che ha registrato una grande partecipazione di bambini e famiglie! Come è ormai consuetudine il Comites SF ha offerto premi ispirati al patrimonio artistico italiano e alla nostra lingua: dai modellini e costruzioni dei nostri monumenti più importanti a quelli delle macchine di Leonardo da Vinci e ai mini dizionari di Italiano Garzanti. Casa Italiana ha come sempre ospitato l’evento negli accoglienti ambienti della sua sede, mentre il Punto, oltre ad offrire le merende, ha convinto la Befana a fare una sosta inaspettata per consegnare calze e dolcetti a tutti i bambini intervenuti! On Sunday, January 5th, the fun second edition of the Befana Tombolata took place in Seattle, with a great turnout of children and families! As is now customary, Comites SF offered prizes inspired by the Italian artistic heritage and our language: from models and constructions of our most important monuments to those of Leonardo da Vinci’s machines and mini Garzanti Italian dictionaries. Casa Italiana hosted the event as always in the welcoming rooms of its headquarters, while Il Punto, in addition to offering snacks, convinced Befana to make an unexpected stop to deliver stockings and sweets to all the children who attended!
